      Great management from lead case manger to the teammates. Collaborative and everyone played a key role with each position.

      Cons

      Large caseload and high demand but it's not a surprise given the community NF serves. Overall rewarding job.

      Non-profit means they don't feel like they are always squeezing you for more productivity. Work/life balance is a priority at my level at least.

      My job was temporary/contract running a grant, which has a limited time.
