Poor tools environment. Many 3rd party apps/vendors which can make learning and onboarding more difficult. Staffing can be inadequate at times and the poor tools environment makes hiring and bringing new employees up to speed more difficult These factors can compound and make it difficult to have a healthy work/life balance.
