      Good place to be for a while

      Pros

      The team dynamic is great, people are friendly and willing to help. You are able to focus on your work, and generally not held back from getting and using the tools you need. Sprints are managed well.

      Cons

      Upper management is a hype train, but rather out of touch with the current market and the needs of the team. Strong dissent can result in your termination.

      Great young company to work for!

      Pros

      -The sub metering industry is expanding; there is a lot of room for expansion. -Location in downtown Columbus is awesome. -Work Life balance is one of the best. -Great office culture, co-workers are friendly. -Compensation at above or average compared to others.

      Cons

      -Benefits are average; parking is not subsidized. -Minimal training; hit the ground running.

      Pros

      -The work environment is unique and fun. -The fellow employees are fun to work with. -The work/life balance is great. -Upper management is open to suggestions. I have never felt like my opinion wasn't valued. -I looked forward to coming into work every day. -There were many challenges that made each day unique.

      Cons

      -NEP struggles with the external opinions of NEP. Since new management came in (2012) they have been making it a priority to help that perception by changing the philosophy of what NEP is. In my opinion, they are heading in the right direction.
