My only con has been issues with pay over the years. By that I mean, new-hires coming into a starter position making more money than those currently in an "elevated" position. I realize speaking of wages can be taboo in the workplace, however I always felt comfortable and heard when talking with management about my concerns.

NEP is a very laid back company to work for. Coworkers were great and the President of the company truly cares about each and every person working there. Also, the insurance was really affordable to have, and the HSA match was nice.
