- You will learn a lot working here - good and bad. If you are looking to step on the career ladder you will gain some great experience with this company. It's definitely not a long-term option (unless some serious structural changes are made), but it is a great place to start or progress. - You get to work with some awesome people. - The office location is central to downtown and easy to get to. - Some of the management are really supportive and helpful.

- No sick days, minimal vacation time and benefits. - The reward does not match the effort you put in. - There is little to no structure from processes in place to the management hierarchy. The CEO micromanages all departments and shows resistance to any attempts to introduce process or structure. This leads to complications that are then blamed on staff not showing initiative/ not putting in enough effort/ being sloppy. - There have been many instances of unprofessional behavior including threatening of jobs, shouting, and generally non-constructive criticism.
