- Autonomy - Fast moving, so lot of growth opportunity - (recent) very clear picture on who we are, what we do, who we do it for, why it's important - Good communication and exposure to leadership team

- Due to how fast we are growing there is a lot of change and that can be quite messy at times but we are working to improve this

Good team mates but that’s about it.

After working in events for a number of years, I have never worked for such an unorganised company. Upper management have little interest in motivating or investing in staff. Culture is non existent and siloed.
