Organizational leadership is toxic. They fake concern for employees and dictate poor work-life balance. The director and education department director are both loose cannons. You can't tell if they're trying to play off of each other, or just throw the other under the bus.
There's not a single person of color on the leadership team and very few in the mid-managers level.
