Organizational leadership is toxic. They fake concern for employees and dictate poor work-life balance. The director and education department director are both loose cannons. You can't tell if they're trying to play off of each other, or just throw the other under the bus. There's not a single person of color on the leadership team and very few in the mid-managers level.

The management here is inconsistent. You cannot move up or get promoted from within. The city employees are separated from the foundation employees. No transparency and no positive feedback from management or the director. There is currently a mass exodus of staff due to these issues.
