Managers and leadership incentive structure leads to poor decisions just for a temporary fatter pay check. Its not unheard of in this industry that if managers pay is tied to how well a project is doing and how much work managers are obtaining and growing, whenever managers are unabke to secure more work, basically is an attrition game by means of poor performance reviews and toxic environment leading to employees quitting. 401k vesting is trash compared with market. 4% match and 6 yrs vesting period, with an intro 2 years to gain 20% of vested amounts, and each year after increases 20%, attrocious, and reflects the mindset of leadership.
