Good business plan, some serious investments in technology since I started. The team environment was pretty upbeat, too. Accounting was a mess early on, but they've been getting better. We moved into a cool new building, too.
Cons
People from the San Francisco office seem to be listened to more than people in the home office, and some of the senior management need to learn to step back and let people do their jobs. The atmosphere here has really gotten bad lately, too. Some big initiatives have been dropped recently without any explanation - what happened to our stock plan!? Nobody will talk. My friends used to be envious of how excited I was to work here, but when they see my expression after asking me how work is going, they just hand me another beer and change the topic.
