Shady upper management, too much favoritism - Collections Supervisor Navient Employee Review

Very much a popularity contest on promoting, of you go out to lunch with the bosses regularly you're on the right track, if you work through your lunches you'll never be noticed for it. Much of management is out the door the second it turna 5pm but the devoted management that stays longer is never noticed for it. Very lazy, discouraging and disappointing upper management.
