Pros
I worked at the Muncie Indiana location. I was amazed by the dental, vision, and health insurance. I was on the private credit side and the bonuses were great. I really loved all of my supervisors and upper management always tried to make the work fun for what it is. Constant snacks, food, games, prizes. The gym and cafeteria were also great. PTO wasn't bad either honestly. Team carry in's all the time!
Cons
This is a sedentary job; i gained 20 pounds. The food that is given out for free; pizza parties, unhealthy food. IT's hard to like get a salad in that place unless you go to the cafeteria and its 6 bucks. Just the fact that the job is so sedentary is what really got to me. You're collecting on student loans; private ones at that and you feel like a terrible person. Some of these loans people took out at 18 and clearly had no idea what they were doing and you feel heavy about it.
