Pros
I have worked at Navient for more than ten years. The benefits are good and I am able to pick my own hours that are convenient for me to work. Alot of the bad reviews are written by the call center employees. I can understand why since that can be a stressful job.
Cons
We have to complete so many accounts each hour. It would be nice to make a higher salary.
