      Pros

      travel for those that enjoy it, flexible working locations

      Cons

      might be the worst company in the world. I've never met more "senior" "leaders" with less skills, and they know it, so to compensate, they are some of the worst human beings you've ever met. CEO has no direction except going in circles and leads his 60 VPs (!!!) on a path to nowhere every 6 months or so. I will say they are very good at patting themselves on the back though.

      Fast paced and growth oriented. The company is on a quick growth trajectory and offers lots of opportunity for dedicated staff.

      Not a good environment if you are looking to coast.

      Friends made while there, paid decently

      Cons

      No reason for letting go of people except "decide to part ways due to corporate restructuring"... one day you're having meetings and planning for the next week. Then, bam. Didn't see that coming at all.
