      Little intelligence + big egos = extremely toxic

      Pros

      travel for those that enjoy it, flexible working locations

      Cons

      might be the worst company in the world. I've never met more "senior" "leaders" with less skills, and they know it, so to compensate, they are some of the worst human beings you've ever met. CEO has no direction except going in circles and leads his 60 VPs (!!!) on a path to nowhere every 6 months or so. I will say they are very good at patting themselves on the back though.

      top heavy, leadership is arrogant, heavy favouritism, employees are treated poorly, no integrity, 12+ hour days are expected.
