Pros

Nice office. Nice employees. Flexible work environment.

Cons

I was terminated because I was accused of using an anti-sleep device on my laptop. I got a call after one of my remote shifts from the recruitment company saying that they had just received an email that said "I violated a security protocol and my contract is to be terminated immediately". Monday comes around, and I found out that I was terminated for allegedly using an anti-sleep device on my laptop. That is absolutely false. I NEVER had any type of device like that plugged into or on my laptop whatsoever. I called HR, I messaged managers, I emailed higher up managers, and none of them responded. I was actually terminated for something that I didn't do, and it would be easy to prove if they ever gave me a chance to prove it. All they had to do was investigate me rather than just immediately terminating me to see that no device like that was ever being used on the laptop. If IT took the time to actually investigate the laptop after I returned it, they would see that there was never any kind of device like that on the machine. All they have to do is check the windows logs and the device manager panel. It's the simplest thing to to prove honestly. Also, apparently 4 people were fired at the same exact time for the same thing according to the recruitment company which is an immediate red flag. The odds of that happening are very slim. This means that either there was a disgruntled IT guy that was being laid off that installed something on these laptops before they were sent out to new employees as a joke or a way to get back at someone, or Navy Federal's detection system threw out a false positive for an anti-sleep device somehow. That's the only logical explanations for this. Again, if you would take the time to actually question and investigate the situation instead of just firing someone immediately without letting them defend themselves or explain you would have realized this. I have NEVER been fired before, and I have NEVER been treated like this by any employer. What's worse is that I actually hold a secret clearance from the DoD, and now I have to explain to my FSO officer as to why I have a mark of violating a security protocol when it was something that I actually didn't do at all. Be wary of how this place operates. They could potentially ruin your whole career.

Pros

Pay can be decent at times Met some great people

Cons

Processors are the garbage can of the entire loan process. We literally are help to such insane standards with no support. Apparently it’s been this way for years and even high ranking supervisors say they feel like they’re talking to a brick wall when they voice our frustrations. Since my time here that have been at least 2 employees that I’ve heard of that have either attempted jumping off our building or actually did jump off. Like how can you not implement change when people are so stressed that they are jumping off our buildings? If anyone is reading this and wondering how the stress gets that bad it’s because the better you do the more money you get but they keep raising the bar so when you’re use to that extra income and now you have to do so much more to get that extra income that you’re used to it can break a person down and higher ups know how bad we’re breaking down. It’s completely normal for a half hour workforce to go on mental health leave during the summer which is our busy season and still nothing is done. I haven’t even been here a full year. What is it going to take to actually implement a change?
