Pros
- Having a job - Ability to partially work from home
Cons
-Management is greedy & wants you to stay on the phone, take one bathroom break a day & incorporate it into your lunch break -They swear up and down throughout training that everyone will help you & it'll be just like they say it is then you get out of training & you have to sit on the phone with members for 30 mins begging multiple people to answer your question for every new scenario that comes your way BUT don't leave the member on hold over 5 mins because that's not polite but we're still going to take 30 mins to answer you so you just have to deal with members getting irate over you repeatedly placing them on hold -After training you're promised an hour a day of time to make sure all your accounts are in order but wait! They're going to rip that admin time away from you the second it gets busy which in turn causes members payment arrangements to mess up causing MORE upset calls but no they tell you they WONT hire more counselors to help until the department as a whole lowers their break and notation times (the only reason they're high is because everyone is overworked). - Tells contractors in training that they should be able to get a internal position if they work hard & wait for a year or less then let's just tell them immediately after training "yeah that's not gonna happen" and have they work a job for pay that's less than what this position actually should pay. -Transfers new people to different teams without advising them who their new supervisor is just them having to come in one day switched to another group chat -Teaches in training we're all about compassion & helping our members in tight spots then proceeds to make fun of people in groupchats when they ARE in a tight spot & have had their accounts wiped out without realizing that could happen
