      Pros

      Everyone is willing to help you. Neat office space and quiet environment. Balanced work/home life is encouraged. Volunteering in the community is highly encouraged, almost to the point where you feel guilty if you don't volunteer.

      Cons

      It's trying to be a startup environment, but most folks work 9-5 which makes it more like a corporate environment.

      Pros

      The atmosphere of the company is really great, and I looked forward to going into work every day. It's very laid back yet productive and my coworkers were great to work with.

      Cons

      The elevator to 3rd floor was pretty slow. That's not a good con, but I don't have any negatives to say about my experience.
