Pros
Everyone is willing to help you. Neat office space and quiet environment. Balanced work/home life is encouraged. Volunteering in the community is highly encouraged, almost to the point where you feel guilty if you don't volunteer.
Cons
It's trying to be a startup environment, but most folks work 9-5 which makes it more like a corporate environment.
