Payroll won't properly withhold overtime hours for tax purposes so you may end up owing a few grand in taxes come tax time. One of the higher up's son shifts in and out of working there. If you're okay with cleaning up his bs when he decides to be a couple hours late it's fine if you need/want the overtime. He doesn't care much about compliance either so any jobs around that scope expect to clean up after him too. Shift Lead is former military but hasn't gotten out of that mindset so every morning I got roughly 10-20 messages asking about each individual ticket coming in during my roughly 30 minute commute.
