Great if you're a stoner but not so much if you don't like Nepotism
Pros
Great schedule, and if you're hurting for overtime, the work is there. The users are nice but then again I've yet to meet a mean stoner.
Cons
Payroll won't properly withhold overtime hours for tax purposes so you may end up owing a few grand in taxes come tax time. One of the higher up's son shifts in and out of working there. If you're okay with cleaning up his bs when he decides to be a couple hours late it's fine if you need/want the overtime. He doesn't care much about compliance either so any jobs around that scope expect to clean up after him too. Shift Lead is former military but hasn't gotten out of that mindset so every morning I got roughly 10-20 messages asking about each individual ticket coming in during my roughly 30 minute commute. Very hard to focus on the road with all of that going on.
