Pros
I love to sell! I loved working in the store when I started as a full-time employee. We were acknowledged, had hour lunch breaks and two 15 min breaks. We would have holidays and birthday parties every year!
Cons
Don't lie to employees about the future hours that were cut because of budget cuts and say they will be given back once the store does better! Employees that were hired full-time (371/2 hrs. per wk) should've kept their hours instead of hiring a bunch of part-timers and on call for lower pay. They don't know what they're doing and they don't last, leaving the store short and customers frustrated!
