Cons
Micro Management, Contradicting feedback from management, Avoidance of employee availability to work a specific schedule, scheduling never provide feedback that message was received when a voicemail is left. Changing schedule without taking into account employees availability. Very old DOS system that is not user friendly. Very slow network
