Pros

To have a Job! With perks if you choose to use them. The customers are for the most part very plesant.(Better than your average retail store++

Cons

Different expectaions for each person who works ,mgmt only expectes a associate to give what they want to. Very little and leave the rest to others .If a person is lazy its O.K because the hard worker is expected to pick up the slack. And as for sales, the person who does the least stock and cleaning gets the most sales and praise as the one that that is making the racks where the customers can shop with ease has no time to make ther goal. Mangt only can see $$$

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
