Pros

Great loyal customers, great product and good money to be made. Nice discount.

Cons

The worst excuse for a management team. No follow through on anything. They only care about the sales but don't support you to in any way. The store looks old and tired. Spend some money to make customers feel like it's a luxury store. Make over is beyond overdue.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
