As with any store this store too has seen its share of NEW MAGMENENT ! 1.Gen.Mg .2.Op. Mg 3. Merchandise Mg. 4.HR Mg . Bang all at one time WOW! Well a lot of changes being thrown out fast to people whom have been there a long time and are being looked down upon for there "not so young and trendy fashions Being sent home daily for not meeting N.M. standards. But yet still making $$ sales? We are not all models. The store must be recycled so well every night at closing to the point ""like corporate visit next day "That by 6P.M we no longer see customers only work on recycle and cleaning so we can go home by 9 or 9:30 pm where we before were out at 8:30. And we all know better than to ignore our customers and have NEVER in the past done this. I do not feel like any of our associates look so bad as to be sent home for there clothing, we are there sell N.M We do not make enough to were it! and I think our customers understand that we are there to sell and also to make a living ,not a fashion statement. As long as we are clean and groomed and within the code up to date and $$ should not be the issue. If you do have a sick day it is not going to be o.k. Not acceptable. No excuses for being late .but that as always as it has been before depends on who you are. And I am NOT the one who is ever late, just outside looking in.. The Snack and soda and water machine were taken out of the break room . cant understand any reason for no sodas with lunches?? The whip of this management crew is being cracked very loud ! they are definitely letting us know who is boss! just not sure how many of us will stay ? at this stage it is not looking very promising. But that may be what the plan is. New part time help to replace full time ones.
