Pros

Discount on expensive clothing. Learning new fashion trends! Diversity. Performance driven opportunity! Decent pay structure. Work from home option. Advancement steady with politics involved within year and a half!

Cons

If someone does not like you, you will not succeed well. Bare minimum, you will keep your position but only those who kiss up and allow management to belittle he or she will be put in position to get the best opportunities and make the most money. VERY CORPORATE. Tax write off for hiring certain employees.... They expect you to work lots of over time, although, they formally claim that this is not mandatory; just know that you are judged off of your work ethic; it's not a 9-5 40 hour work week job: health, life balance are at risk.

Pros

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Pros

Employee discount and free samples

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
