Pros

I love the management. They do not micromanage you. However, they are spread thin. They will help with issues but they expect you to be able to resolve most issues on your own. Useful way to connect with clients via internal software.

Cons

Zero training. The OS system is easy to navigate but comes with challenges for first time users, like anything. RETURNS! Beware. You could easily have a 50k pay period (every 2 weeks). The next barely make draw because of all the returns you took negates the sales you made in the new pay cycle. You will work most weekends. But most departments are flexible and you can usually get days you ask for off. Working holidays. Entitled customers, thankfully not everyone is like that.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
