      None. The company is going downhill very fast.

      Cons

      Not employee or customer focused at all. They only care about production and metrics. Numbers only count. Unattainable goals for most. A lot of favoritism. You are only a number. HR, aka People Services, is horrible. Very devious and unethical. No proper communication. Stay away.

      * If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

      * If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.
