Pros

I was excited when hired, was given promises of advancement based on work excelling and productivity and customer service expectations. I enjoyed my job as long as I was allowed to perform my job. I really thought I would be with this company for years to come but found myself having to move on to grow my career opportunities that was not being presented to me with Nelbud, as I was told.

Cons

No work life balance. False promises of work advancements. I sought employment elsewhere and terminated my employment with Nelbud with sufficient notice. I felt I needed to do this for myself and my family due to the following: I was provided multiple promises of advancement that did not happen. I worked day and night, little sleep to prove myself and to get jobs done, and to provide quality work and customer satisfaction for current business and future customer business relations. I also brought and secured new business accounts. With employee issues, scheduling discrepancies, etc....there was no back up from my immediate supervisor and my concerns if presented to upper management, which I felt I had a good rapport with, I was told not to inform them. I felt I had excellent reviews and always told we have plans for your future. The scheduling of jobs was not discussed with people or dept performing the work. Immediatebsypervisor started to micro manage for control, lack of trust despite revenue numbers . For a supervisor I was doing more work than a tech, to be sure the work got done with 110% effort and love for the job. I wanted to move up the ladder but the pay is not comparable to what job entails, no work life balance, on the road traveling daily as a supervisor which shouldn't have had to do that. If emails aren't answered timely because of travel you get cursed at and harassed. The motto when I hired in was family first, employee first....not the case these days. Now more concerned with revenue instead a quality employees that put forth 110% work ethic. Bonuses were never paid on time and a lot of HR issues with checks not being corrected timely.

Pros

Hard work, but rewarding. You have the support you need when you need it. There is always room for advancement and opportunities to learn. If you prove to them you are worth it there are lots of benefits to discuss with management, such as hybrid days, flexible scheduling, etc.

Cons

They expect you to change everything that was set in stone at the drop of a hat. Technicians will blame you for these last minute changes as if they're your fault, and you will be blamed for anything administratively incorrect. Managers often have NO idea what is going on, and you are forced to pull the strings for them.
