Horrible work culture. They sell you on "the future", but your hands are cuffed by the founders at all times. You go in with the best intentions, but the constant belittlement and illegal language/actions conducted by the founders erodes not just your own mental health, but the bottom line (profit) through high employee churn, egregious work behaviour, and poor decision making.
