Benefits of any home health care job: flexible schedule, good pay (but I was contracted through Aya)

Incredibly disorganized and chaotic, poor systems in place that lead to inefficient use of time, management prioritizes company over patient & employee care, company does not care to take feedback and improve it's systems to run the company better, management does not take your schedule and time into consideration and will make frequent unreasonable requests for taking on start of care appointments, they do not have a system for keeping track of employees schedules so I literally had to use a google spreadsheet to keep track of my own schedule, lots of miscommunications between MDs and patients which leads to delayed referrals for other home health services and MDs annoyed with the company. As a traveler, they also will not abide by contracts and will refuse your guaranteed hours for a week, even if you follow all of the contracted rules. Avoid this company at all cost - they are unethical and do a lot of shady stuff.
