      Everyone is motivated for the most part. Their client list is comprised of some top level names in the tech industry mixed with some smaller lesser known startups.

      Not a ton of career progression like titles and management

      Most fun I've ever had at work. Great perks. Incredible team. No cap on commissions. Good clients.

      Pros

      Neohire has been one of the best experiences ever. I don't think I will ever leave the company. The team is like a family. The growth has unlimited potential. 100% of it's clients are referral based, it just feels like you work with friends on an ongoing basis. They work with some of the sexiest startups in the tech space. I really love working there. I can't see myself anywhere else!

      Cons

      None to mention. This is a fantastic company. No where else I would rather be working
