Pros
The CEO is smart and forward thinking. He shows passion for the company and seems to care for his employees.
The CTO is super smart and seems to have a clear vision where he wants the company to go.
Cons
The CRO seems lost. He has little respect for everyone's time. He is late for almost every call, and always runs over the allotted time limit. Long winded more so to hear himself speak as opposed to listening to prospects or employees.
The CRO micro-manages everything. I believe he read a book or two on how to sell and now moonlights as an expert. His motto should be to over promise and under deliver. That motto holds true with his employees and prospects. As quickly as a client is signed up they have to break the contract because as the CRO puts it, "they weren't a good fit." In my experience the main issue is what is being promised compared to what is actually doable.
