RUN !! Worst place to work - Anonymous Nesto Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand you do not enjoy your experience working with us. I'm not sure where you took the information about our turnover rate but it's currently less than 5% and has been stable since the start of the company. Our last ambassadorship survey told us that 94% of our colleagues would recommend nesto to a friend as a great place to work. As the vice president of Human resources, I was not told about the practices you are referring to, nor do we pay gift cards for reviews either. As you may know, we're running a quarterly manager 360 survey to make sure we get as much feedback as we can about our management practices to help our managers get improve. Every month, there are promotions within the company and many opportunities for internal advancement. The review says you are a current employee.
