Pros
- Great group of co-workers: Everyone gets along and is very supportive of one another. We know how to have fun while getting our work done!
- Accommodating managers and supervisors: If you have an emergency come up or have a concern, there are managers and supervisors who will work with you.
- Great office location: Right by the heart of downtown sitting by Lake Eola. Many employees enjoy grabbing lunch together, or spending breaks working out at The Gym Downtown (NPE employees get a discount) or running around the lake.
- Fast-paced working environment: You usually have plenty of work to keep you busy throughout the week.

- Work fulfillment: We're actual helping fitness entrepreneurs achieve their dreams, particularly ones that involve opening their own training facilities. These clients go from barely making ends meet, working long hours, and/or having no time for vacations and family/personal time to working on the business instead of in it, increasing their revenue and client base, and having the financial freedom to devote time to personal activities or even helping other NPE clients with their businesses!

Cons
- Since it's a fast-growing company, last minute work and projects may arise. It's important to remain on top of your work at all times so you can accommodate these last minute notices.
- Again, since the company is expanding very quickly, its understaffed which makes it hard to get in touch with managers. Just get as much information as possible when you do get to communicate with them and you'll be good.
