      Pros

      Amazing global company offering the best in fitness business marketing and management systems and support. This is company is lead by an inspirational leader who has a team of passionate and dedicated staff. NPE is always growing, changing and improving so that they can help their clients do exactly that within their own businesses..

      Cons

      The time difference (12hrs) can be a bit tricky as I am based on the other side of the world from their Orlando office, but they always make arrangements to accommodate and communicate.

      Fast growing global company with a great leader who is genuinely passionate about helping clients and employees be successful long term. A great culture of entrepreneurship and "winning together" which is getting stronger and stronger as the company grows. Lots of opportunity to build a strong (global) network within the health industry and contribute to the success of the industry as a whole.

      Cons

      Fast growing global company. Things change quick and you've got to be willing to work hard whilst adapting, learning and growing to continue being successful. The Con's can really be pro's depending on how you like to work. It's a challenging environment and you've got to bring your A game or you will "drown" quickly.
