Pros

Good Pay and nice Breakfast nothing other than that

Cons

The work culture is highly disappointing. There is little to no work-life balance, and employees are often expected to work long hours without adequate recognition. Unfortunately, credit for good work frequently goes to those who are closer to management rather than the people who actually deliver results. There is a significant amount of office politics, and genuine contributions are often overlooked. Instead of appreciating performance, management appears to judge employees based on how they speak or the questions they ask, which discourages open communication and learning. The management lacks professionalism in many situations. Managers often speak to employees disrespectfully during status update calls, sometimes scolding them publicly as if they were students. This creates a stressful and demotivating work environment. If you value a healthy work-life balance, respectful leadership, and recognition for your efforts, you should think carefully before joining. A higher salary may not be worth the impact on your peace of mind and overall well-being.

Pros

Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

Cons

If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
