Pros
It's great to work for a company that has customers who are very enthusiastic about the products. Also, Netapp is in the sweet spot of a growth industry. The product features are very good and you can see by the amount of sales that even in this economic downturn, our products are where they need to be. Combine that with an excellent compensation package and there is almost nothing to complain about. Compared to other employers, I could really see what makes this company a Great Place To Work. From now on, I only will work for companies that rate high in Great Place to Work competitions.
