Pros
NetApp has made tremendous strides as a storage vendor and has been a leader in changing the roadmap in this industry. They have an excellent, down-to-earth senior management (executive team) that leads from the front.
Cons
Organization maturity and processes are still in its infancy. They are still learning how to grow from another player in the industry to being one of top two leading vendors in the industry. The first line managers and middle management layer grew from the ranks - are not necessarily the best managers. Having an opinion and a voice may land you in soup.
