Pros
NetApp still has the remnants of a great culture, and a notable percentage of folks working there are intelligent and friendly. Pay is on par, or a bit higher than other places in the SF Bay Area.
Cons
The company has lacked an innovative - let alone effective - product and sales strategy for the past few years, and it's mostly due to leadership. Diminishing sales have taken a toll on revenues, and, subsequently, on the culture. Once a bastion of driven people, it now sees far lower levels of productivity.
