- ca. 80% of DSR and inside sales teams is massively underperforming -> dissatisfaction, envy and rivalry is predominant there - toxic manager - different targets within the team, management prohibits team members to talk about their individual targets - they record cold-callings from both sides without asking for consent in advance - they pay different salaries to team members although they make the same work. They prohibit employees talking about their salaries as well.
