An entire company where all Directors, Sr. Directors, VP, spend 100% of their time playing politics and sucking up. Almost none of them are working on any real projects, products, or initiatives that are meaningful and instead create disastrous value-destruction messes in their wake. There is no accountability, money is spent like its monopoly money, and no clean-up or rationalization ever takes place.
