Unlike most companies out there, people love to share, explain or disseminate knowledge which is always a great help. Managers maintain clear communications with their teams about the charter and expectations.

Playing catch up in a very dynamic business environment which can create undesired pressure among teams even though it's not the company's core culture, probably due to bad business foresight. Company has seen workforce cut due to that as well as slowdown in technical innovation as this big machine has a lot of moving parts today. Sometimes engineers with experience tend to be underpaid as compared to new UGH.
