Pros

The office atmosphere is relaxed, and the people are friendly and will do what they can to help. Some of the Managers are very hands-on and will back their team.

Cons

Room to grow and gain knowledge is limited. Training is not organized. There seems to be a lot of the "it's not my job" attitude. Some of the management tends to let the Sales team railroad certain things.
