Pros

Work-Life Balance is overall pretty good but like any job, there are times that you will need to buckle down and sacrifice. Anyone that is starting off early in their professional career and is highly motivated to make a difference, should look into Netchemia. The experience that you can take away from management and the executive team will put you years ahead of your actually tenure.

Cons

Pay is always an issue with smaller companies so be ready to make more than the industry average.

Pros

Too few to mention unfortunately.

Cons

There was an air of egotism among management that was just astounding. In bringing on new employees there was a greater focus on making sure people would "fit into their culture" than working toward any common goal. The air in the office was always awkward and tense. There was a large lead generation team, and preferential treatment was given to which salespeople were afforded lead generation assistance. Certain sales reps were given territories that were known to be dead. With Foos Ball Tables and periodic Nerf wars and after hours drinking it would seem like a cool place to work, but in reality very little work got done.

Pros

The culture is fun and fast-paced, and the people are great. The work feels meaningful, and it doesn't feel like you are disappearing into a corporate machine. Lots and lots of change, which means great opportunities for people who can learn quickly, and work hard. If you don't like change, this isn't the place for you; if you can adapt and perform, you'll do well!

Cons

Compared to the fast pace of the rest of the organization, some of the corporate bureaucracy can move more slowly, and sometimes that's frustrating. The company recently went through a big merger, so some processes are still being ironed out. (If you're in the interview process and are waiting for a callback, reach out! It can be slow.)
