Pros

Good culture when it is actually applied fairly across all regions. Fair pay and some decent benefits.

Cons

Progression mainly in US which is laughable when people are laid off and people in those same functions are suddenly given promotions (only in the US of course). Promotions weren't openly announced but visible on LinkedIn. Frustrating to have important calls set in US hours which is late evening or middle of the night for many others. So you have to attend late at night or miss out as they are very "secretive" and don't record meetings where lots of back patting happens but nothing really important is shared. Maybe it is time to move on. Market also doesn't have faith in the business as can be seen from very poor share prices.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
