Pros

1> Great product that meets market's current demand 2> Strong sales team 3> CEO is good at sales 4> Decent compensation

Cons

1> For most of the folks it's their first job or the longest job in their career. So no innovation from them and they don't know the industry outside. The titles are so inflated that a staff engineers do not care for quality as they never got enough exposure. Some of the engineers grew up too fast to be eligible for their levels 2> Architects are mostly the first few employees who have written very poor code in the beginning and now blame it to others for their failures.Architects work in silos and don't drive any innovation across the company 3> Some of the projects are politically driven and not well thought 4> Free lunches are not great. No feedback asked about it. 5> Some sr engineers/architects are only networking experts and do not necessarily have good system design knowledge

Pros

Strong Executive Leadership: The leadership team is transparent, highly experienced, and clearly knows how to navigate the cybersecurity landscape. You feel like the ship is being steered in the right direction. Excellent Career Paths: There is a genuine focus on internal mobility and career development. If you’re a high performer, there are clear avenues for promotion and skill expansion. Cutting-Edge Technology: Working here means dealing with truly industry-leading products. The tech stack is innovative, and it’s exciting to be at the forefront of the SASE and cloud security market. Collaborative Culture: Despite the fast pace, the "one team" mentality is very much alive here.

Cons

Benefits Gap: The most notable downside for US-based employees is the lack of a 401k match at this time. While the overall compensation and equity packages are competitive, this is a missing piece of the total rewards puzzle that many peers in the industry currently offer.
