Pros
Good benefit for observed holidays. Good medical benefits for US employees.
Cons
No 401k Match. Impossible to get 100% of annual bonus. Cost cutting exercise around certain services impacting quality of the delivered service. Layoffs and WFR are quiet, happen in pockets of departments and employee meetings do not discuss they are happening, so you don't really know the company is active practicing this.
