Great Place for Career Advancements - EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION Network Architects Employee Review

I was hesitant a bit to join but diving into things I think the reviews I read are wrong, maybe wrong company, as I have a great team here. I have nice coworkers who support each other, tons of room for advancement, and the pay is excellent. They even pay for my certifications!

None as of yet but seeing as I have been here just over a year I am sure there will be a few in the future. I do wish we had more vacation days but who doesnt:)

Being that it was a small company, you got to know everyone. Decent pay.

-Unprofessional work culture -Lack of opportunity or growth -Extremely high turnover causing constant uncertainty -Poor communication among management -Benefits are lack luster -Poor leadership -Constant political conversations and arguments that you are forced to listen to every morning.
